Regardless, there is an advantage cap, there will be match game, champions, and specific completion requirements for each encounter along with everyone doing increased damage and having increased health regardless of the recommended power level.
Power level is meaningless in terms of activity difficulty and only a number to gate keep people.
It was probably more of an experiment at first to see if making it easier would create more engagement if people though "oh I can get that!" I'd like to see a middle ground where I do think the amount of sheer grind for Undying was too much but on the other hand the "accessibility" of the newer ones is just getting rediculous. We went from "get x kills with y weapon in z activity" to "get x kills with y weapon" to just "get x kills."
Like I get that they're listening to feed back but at some point it just becomes lazy crying like "oh no why are you making me wear a full set of armor for a mindless activity" and now this season stuff that was "get x kills in override with a splicer weapon" and "get x kills while wearing splicer armor" have now become "get x kills anywhere with any seasonal weapon" and "collect all season armor."
Maybe I'm ranting a bit and starting to sound elitist but I'm not asking for "complete x activity on y difficulty flawlessly solo while wearing seasonal weapons and armor in each slot " but is it too much to ask for a bit of commitment to the game?
