i mean people who didn't buy deluxe will still be able to get it just like with beyond light and NTTE. According to collections it'll be available from the vox obscura mission

Exotics ultimaty only ever require owning an expansion in order to unlock. Deluxe Edition gives you acres to Osteo Striga and it's catalyst this season whilst those who own just the expansion will presumably be able to unlock it next season - at least that's how they handled No Time to Explain in the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition.

The free season pass exotics (such as Grand Overture) will be added to the Kiosk once their respective season is other and may initially require owning their respective season but once the year is over they'll revert to just requiring the expansion.

It will probably become available to everyone after this season.

And to be fair, it's only broken in pve.. It's appareantly not even that good in pvp. The new funnelweb smg however on a void build is also broken, recluse 2.0 but probably even better in terms of ad clear potential than recluse ever had. You should be able to get funnelweb for free as a random drop from doing public events for example (Take it with a grain of salt since i'm not 100% sure about it).

They both kinetic smgs that reload on kills, obviously their exotic effects are different but they're both add clearing weapons and Huckleberry still has pre-nerf rampage so you can just lay on that trigger all day clearing adds like nothing.

Let's assume that isn't a bug that was copy pasted from Dead Messenger because then it's still going to require the deluxe edition to access that season's mission unless you're weird and bought the season itself and not the deluxe upgrade.

i wouldnt call osteo broken, it is good but not like OP. It is good add clear and decent in PvP, but i wouldnt say you are missing out on a ton by not having the deluxe
