i actually had a ton of fun , did solo legendary campaign the final campaign mission took like 2 hours i think but it was super fun and great story

i mean if you ask in these forums, of course people will say yes.

the fact of the matter is they are still removing old content that people paid for in order to make room for new content that people will need to pay for. So if you stopped playing due to the sunsetting, then don't expect for that to have changed.

If you just want to catch up to the story, well, you're out of luck there too since this game is fueled by FOMO and you can no longer catch up on most the story in-game and you will need to look up what has happened between Beyond Light and now on YouTube.

If that sounds appealing to you, by all means dive on in!

i think it is the best campaign so far that has ever been in destiny 2. they put a lot of effort into it and i think they outdid themselves, personally.

Story is quite meh, pretty dumb for devs to come up with no ideas. Light is stolen from Guardians... which make them bad? Who is to decide who is bad or good now? We are them and they are us. How are we different now? Probably the worst campaign. Red War was the best followed by Forsaken. This is just bad writing. And the game just throw more bullet soaking mobs at higher difficulty which is plain lazy.

The pacing is really bad on high difficulty cause everytime i move to an area, i was marred with mobs that can 1snipe you, wizards that just artillary the crap out of you, knights that take half a mag of fusions. I had to resort to cheap tactics, even the bosses made me go cheap by just anarchy and hide. They are being cheap, so shall I!

Did it solo on legendary all the way thru as well, and I thought it was well paced. Beautiful environmental designs in the Throne World. Difficulty wise it was challenging for sure at least solo, and you will wipe on certain encounters but for the most part I thought it was fun. Did get bored in the final boss fight thou...like bro how many times

Three hours for a campaign really isn't much at all. I keep thinking what a racket Bungie now Sony has going selling an activity and not a new and improved game every year.

I will confess that I just played through the free version. I'm sure people that bought it are knee deep into doing bounties pursuing quests not playable in the free version.

It's just the fact that last season was so long that I really expected more given the time they had. Maybe the best is yet to come.

It was great, very "meaty" with many long missions that were actually challenging and rewarding. All the reveals and them actually showing and talking about stuff was awesome too and I haven't even gotten into the side/end stuff after killing Savathun.
