Will Astrocyte Verse be locked behind the Forsaken Pack once the Campaign get vaulted?

Question in the title.

I just got went to Xur in the EDZ, ready and excited to get Astrocyte, only to realize that it's currently locked behind the Forsaken Pack. Will this still be the case, even though the Campaign itself is leaving?

If so, that wouldn't really be consistent with what Bungie has done before, with Red War, Osiris, and Warmind exotics becoming F2P.

Forsaken CAMPAIGN was free, not the entire DLC.

Why do you think they now sell a Forsaken Pack? The Dreaming City, raid and dungeon are staying, so if you want that stuff along with the exotics, you will need to pay.

Red War, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind were all year 1 which was made free even, year 2 exotic require forsaken, year 3 requires shadowkeep, and year 4 requires beyond light.

They're still selling the forsaken pack which includes the exotics, raid, dungeon, and what ever other little bits are left.
