Recovery Armorer not working?
Farming the Master Lost Sector for an Omnioculus roll, I have Recovery Armorer in my Ghost which states that Armor pieces with random stats I acquire will have a guaranteed MINIMUM of 10 Recovery, more likely to drop with higher recovery.
Just had The Dragons Shadow drop and it's got +9 Recovery...

Doesn't that only apply to legendary (purple) gear?

Ghost mods for armor only apply to Legendary Armor.

it says at least 10 and for me it worked last time i used it but most of the time its max 15 recov which is garbo
