Capped on glimmer

Hiya folks, I'm pretty new to this, just got my trio of characters to soft cap at 1270..I'm maxxed out on Glimmer and wondering what I should use to drain some off. I do spend it on modding some weapons/picking up bounties/masterworking an exotic, but I hate the feeling that I'm wasting resources when that's not enough.

buy planetary mats from the spider or convert them into legendary shards by claiming rare transmat styles from your collection, then turning 3 rares into 1 legendary with amanda and then dismantling those

don't be afraid to waste your glimmer on things
you'll get it back very fast

Yeah, more that I feel I'm not using enough of it, wasting the drops/dismantling income by not spending enough.

Either waste it on stuff (I usually spend it on masterworking) or waste it by not spending it.

Also if you haven't already then use it all on transmog bounties from Ada-1 in the west end of the tower, I'd recommend grinding out 10 of the get x element kill and do 4 strikes bounty on each character to start working on your fashion game.
