No rewards for Silent Fang bounty?

I did this Bounty, and was reading some articles to find out where he is. The article said you get powerfull gear for doing this bounty. I did get nada, no item in chest and no gear reward when completing the bounty, so its all waste of time then? Might just aswell call it a normal bounty then.
When you see its a harder bounty, you would think you at least get a gear piece for doing it.

Those guides are likely outdated, those bounties haven't been worth doing for years.
