Should I grind for symmetry?
Better than the graviton lance and polaris lance I've got?

The grind was horrible, like a couple clicks after purchasing season pass XD

Graviton Lance is one of the best for hoard/wave game modes. Symmetry seems like a PvP weapon with its feature being tracking shots and all.

It is absolutely annoying to play against right now.

How it compare to skyburners oath? Got it, but haven't used that one yet. I think that one also has tracking projectiles.

Skyburner's flaw is that the rate of fire and projectile travel time is too slow to be competitive in PvP. Symmetry is much faster and better.

Skyburners oath felt like i could actually avoid the tracking rounds. Sym does not. Ive been killed so far behind a wall that I felt like i was shot through it.... vs skyburner you had to leave a piece of you barely hanging out for it to turn and hit you behind cover.

I see, thanks guys! I'll probably stick with my graviton lance.

Depends on the gamemode, I guess. IMO, Symmetry hits a nice, solid balance in terms of PvP and PvE effectiveness but if you're looking for a PvE option you've got the best scout exotics already. Symmetry won't match the add clear of Graviton or the better single target of Polaris but it's in the middle, and better than both for PvP. I would and do use it for stuff like Gambit over the other two since it is utterly rude on invaders if you have 15 charges and can still perform well during everything else.

Grind for what? Its from the seasonal rank system.

I like it for pvp, the thing is an absolute terror thanks to the tracking darts

I used it to grind out Randy's and I went from hating the quest to falling in love with it. And someone made a post about it being mean in Gambit, was far from a lie. I've never felt anything as tasty as clapping a cocky Hammerheader with some tracking arc bolts.

Lol, imagine complaining about Symmetry in gambit while Thunderlord, Izanagi, and Truth all exist.

Pretty good all around gun huh. Definitely would help with my malfeasance invader kills, if I can get gambit to stop giving me errors reading game content.

I mean, eventually you'll get it just from playing? I don't think it's worth killing yourself over. It's a really solid weapon pve. Oh ya, it's great in gambit, too.
