It was on sale for a while at the Humble Store though.

There's also sales on The Legendary Edition fairly often (which includes the base edition of Beyond Light). Dunno what the fate of that bundle will be after the 22nd though, my guess is that it'll be retired or revised, but as I say, that's just a guess.

As Astran said, yes it was and during the lunar sale like the OP hoped, you can see it on any sale history site like isthereanydeal.

The last discount shown there was the Winter Sale in December followed by a base price reduction in January. Only Forsaken and Shadowkeep were included in Steam's Lunar New Year Sale.
