You don't, because those sites use the Destiny API to track the stats.

Old info is always going to be out there but is it grabbing new info since you've opted out?

And what good does opting out do you?
doesn't hurt to not have them grab your stats

I imagine the stats that Destiny holds/collects on you is covered somewhere in the EULA for the game, and so by agreeing to play the game you give over rights for those stats to be collected and be publicly visible

Yes, raid report has counted my 3 raids for this week

doesn't hurt to get them grabbed either
Actually it does. Have you seen the raid/pvp groups with requrements? If %90 of your trials games are just you throwing for the weekly bounty your score is going to look alot lower than it is if you never throw. Making people to kick you more consistantly when you go to find a group for flawless

So all the check boxes are empty on the privacy tab including "Show my Destiny game Activity Feed on Bungie.net" and "Show my Progression (what I've completed in Destiny, and my current status)" and you hit the save setting button?

Then maybe don't throw matches
