I've been trying to use Lament, Bastion, Xenophage and Void and Stasis Titan in different orders.
Also tried a boss spec vorpal seventh seraph shotgun.
I do not have access to Anarchy currently.
Rotation works the following:
-fight starts, psions are spawning
-knights chase you around and get on your nuts, they are vunerable
-Dul Incaru summons a crystal that makes the knights invunerable
-break the crystal, rinse & repeat with the psions spawning in
take out the trash and chip the knights down, even if it take several rotations of crystals, then kill them all when they are super low and get the 3 buffs, burn her down.
edit: and you can also use the exotic arms that give you a burst of healing if you time your blocks and give you infinite blocking for the titan
Pop all 3 knights twice with anarchy.
Go into stormcaller with stormdancer's brace.
When the ads spawn, stop DPS on the knights and wipe out the ads for a damage buff.
Finish the knights off with the end of your super.
Done.
Does light level matter in the fight? My Bastion is 1100 and it does respectable damage already, but if getting it to 1260 matters then Dul will be easy.
Took her down with Siegebreaker, Heart of Inmost Light, Vorpal + Boss Spec Shotgun, Seraph AR and Two Tailed Fox.
No, light level doesn't matter. The knights are just tanky. You should do a lot of damage to the boss as long as you get all 3 knights down together so that you have 3 stacks of the buff.
Light level always matters, but the advantage it gives you is also capped, +20 over the recommended power of the enemy from some quick research. You were likely losing a little damage from not levelling your Bastion at all, since individual weapon power level also seems to matter, but even then you'd stop gaining damage once it was 20 power higher than the enemies.
