How do I enable/turn on blood on screen?
Sickened me that all I got while critically wounded was the watery droplets on my screen, lmafo.

There is no blood in the game.

There is supposed to be blood on screen while you are about to die, and I only see the droplets, which is weird. My friend's screen has it but not mine.
