Escalation protocol is not in the game anymore, because the planet it was on is no longer available

Also, in case the issue is you had it before and wanted it again, transmog is coming, so any armor can look like it. Doesn't help if you didn't get it before it was vaulted though.

After you finish the New Light beginner campaign, you can pick up a Vanguard, Gambit and Crucible quest, they'll ask you to complete activities and bounties. Those award pieces of Noble Constant Type-2 for Titan.
