Isn't it just "valuted", Can't remember but didn't they say something about eventually have the old content "on rotation". Might be wrong.

I mean it's to make space for new content. For me as a "oldie" it's fine. I guess it might suck for new players.

Battlegrounds is going F2P in return, which is really good IMO. I don't go to the tangled shore very often, but i will certainly miss it, because it is the only place in destiny that gives me this space western feel.

While people will eventually accept the reality and move on (just like with sunset), it's far from ideal that you have to remove old content completely to add new. I understand this is most likely a technical issue (engine related) even though they use the "game too big" excuse. Personally I don't care if a game I want to play takes 50GB or 200GB given how cheap HDDs (even SSDs) are currently. Also bungie does classify the game as an MMO and MMO's are not supposed to remove old content (especially story). At least they can try to keep the old contents as "add-ons" that can be downloaded individually.

this feels bad, like really REALLY bad...it's like if Microsoft removed halo 2 from the MMC because the original developers wasted 2 years on an engine the XBOX couldn't run and what they threw together was held together with chewing gum and duct tape under the hood and thus was hard to maintain.

Let's be real, the moment you complete the Forsaken campaign on a character it "went away" and when they took away the heroic adventures and story missions you couldn't even replay it anymore, just be happy its just the campaign and not the raid/dungeon.

How does that have to do with this at all? Destiny 2 is a live service mmo that needs to be maintained and its easier to cut a bit of content than worrying about how its going to break in the future and the time needed to fix it.

They aren't going far enough, while I'm glad they're finally taking steps to break out of strikes only they need to add way more to a "vaguard playlist." Add nightmare and empire hunts, add the quria mission, add presage, add the sabotage mission from variks, add the dreaming city weekly mission, add the first shadowkeep mission, maybe even add some vaulted stuff at some point like menagerie, (rebalanced) reckoning, sundial, or interference. There should be a generic pve playlist for pretty much anything so there is variety in the game.

Pretty sure that Bungie isn't going to be heartbroken about 1 person out of millions of others complaining about 1 destination being removed.. Their game their rules and you aren't going to stop them in any sort of way.

actually i did,i worked most days to purchase not only the equipment i use but the expansions in question,the fact i paid for this content almost 3 years ago is why i dont care,because in that time ive made a ♥♥♥♥ ton more than that dlc cost
