Where can I find Devastation Complex armor parts?
According to the loot pool from Devrim and Failsafe, Devastation Complex drops from the same random legendary engrams as Terra Concord and Kerak Type 2. These 2 armor sets are complete, but somehow only the helmet for Devastation Complex has ever dropped for me, and this piece only came from a chest I had to spend 20,000 glimmer to open (it was inside the shelter near Shaw Han). Are there more of these chests I need to find? Is the armor not available anymore? Am I looking in the wrong place?

Might not be in the world loot pool anymore as it changes every season.

It was in season 12. And it wasn't from a random chest. There's a lot of youtube videos showing people opening the very same chest I found. it seems like it drops Devastation Complex helmet and its other class variants at a 100% chance. So its frustrating that I have 1 part of the armor from a guaranteed drop, but no clues to find the other pieces.

Like Mez said, what's in the world loot pool changes every season.

The set you want will probably rotate back in at some point.
