Best sword alternative to lament?

so what is the best sword alternative to lament in doing damage? is it really just crownsplitter? and if i only use energy accelerant with it, would it still be a better option then lament?

I'd take Falling Guillotine over Lament any day. It's just easier to use.

Crown Splitter is good if you can judge the distance correctly and get a direct hit. With the Falling Guillotine you just get close and spin into the target.

All this seasons swords are good and produce a decent amount of damage.

but for most damage possible in swords?

Lament died, really not much reason to run it over falling guillotine or crown splitter unless you need anti barrier.

how can falling guillotine do more damage?

how would one make crown splitter keep doing max damage for the heavy slam?

I can only think of one raid boss where people would possibly ask for Lament and even then with titans running cuirass of the falling star its not needed.

Because Lament got a damage nerf and with a god roll guillotine it does a lot of damage.

i did some tests and seems like crownsplitter with or without energy accelerant does more damage the nfalling gillotone or atleast the crownsplitter i got (which has jagged, flash counter, vorpal

Does your guillotine have whirlwind blade? That's pretty much the perk that makes it top tier.

nope, but why that over vorpal? seems to kill yellow bars like mad (atleast for crownsplitter)

Vorpal can't show up on Falling Guillotine and with relentless strikes you gain ammo back when hitting bosses and whirlwind blade builds stacking damage buff per attack so ideally you want to stack whirlwind and then heavy attack. For crown splitter you can get vorpal and then just open with a heavy attack.

No, Crown Splitter this season is pretty much the go to for Titan's. Energy accelerant makes the thing insane.
