Best class for Stasis?

Actually only upcoming nerfs to Stasis iirc is just Shadebinder in PvP.
Behemoth is getting a buff.
I think Revenant is also getting one.

There really is no "best" its whatever class you like most, don't main a class just for stasis.

Words like "best" probably give Bungie devs nightmares. If it's true, that means they have to nerf it immediately, which then causes other things to need balancing (aka nerfing), and so on...

The upcoming addition of Stasis legendary weapons may play a part in Stasis builds.

Stasis is pretty good on every class so it really depends on what gamemode you prefer. In PvE, Shadebinder is the best for higher end content. In PvP, Behemoth is (or was) often preferred. Revenants can adequately perform in either.
