strikes, crucible, gambit all around 12ish, patrol/publicevents seem to award 2-5 or so i think

Grab to other guardians and run the 1250 legend lost sector, you can literally run through it in 2 minutes average. By far the best way to farm it outside of an exploit.

Your point? It's only day 2 and I'm already sitting on far more essence than I will ever be able to use. I'll run out of ingredients far faster than I'd run out of essence.

As for me I have dozens of ingredients but struggle to earn essence

Do legend lost sectors. 16-17 essence each completion. Can finish it in average 3-4 mins solo. Got around 500-ish in 2 hours farming. Bonus you also farms some exotics armor gor God Roll
