Red war, curse of osiris, and warmind were vaulted; forsaken and shadowkeep are still in the game.

I wonder who bought these expansions at the launch of the game.
how did the players let this happen quietly?

Because they played it years ago and don't care, red war curse of osiris and warmind have been free for years.

I remember these DLCs being very expensive at launch, does anyone know where I start the Forsaken campaign.

most the gear i see from there is capped at 1060 so its basically useless unless for a few items like exotics

I understand, but I speak more for the single player campaign, I really liked to redo them sometimes.

If you beat it already then the only way is to start a new character.

For me the lady in the hanger in the tower had them under Legacy quests. when I booted up beyond light it actually restarted me on forsaken for some reason too.

Red War, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind were included for free with Forsaken purchase back when it launched like 2 years ago and then became totally free to play for anyone over a year ago. I'm not saying that its not ok and not worth getting upset over but they have been heavily devalued and that probably softened how much people cared about them.

To start Forsaken either check out the quest terminal to the left of the mail bot or it should show up as a blue mission icon on the Tangled Shore destination.

Destiny 2 year 1 came out and was very mediocre, then forsaken was a massive upgrade that changed alot of the game all for good and it got really popular again, so year 1 stuff gone now is alright cos they're giving D2 a nice refresh
