the raid entry is set to 1220
if my power level is 1238 or 1262 does that even make a difference?
I have not noticed any damage increase from being 1260+
I guess I can go test the shotgun against my higher level ones and see if the difference is worthwhile using
So only having one weapon at 1060, which only brings down your average a little, will not make that much of a difference. Maybe 5-10% more taken but a lot less damage output
So you will still clear it fine, but it might take a few more hits etc. (or one more shot cloudstrike) It could be the difference between killing the boss in one round or two
But if your the one getting downed and needing a rez, you will know why.
Now if your whole team was using 1060 weapons....
yes, I do know that there is a damage penalty from your light level
but I have not seen doing "more" damage by increasing my level beyond the recommendation
anyway, I did just test it out in the raid and yes, the 1060 weapon does a lot less damage
it is not worth using to do burst damage on the boss
But, I adjust my other weapons so that the average light level is the same, will they still do different dmg?
For killing the raid boss, double slug shotties with Anarchy work really well if somebody on your team is running Divinity. I usually do around 2M damage with that combo.
