um,my helm of saint-14 is missing from my inventory

i clicked unwrap,and it just vanished from my inventory. didn't go into my exotics,and didn't equip on my titan,so where'd it go?

Sounds like an ornament, not the exotic itself. Is this something that you bought from Eververse? You can only buy cosmetic ornaments that change the way that armour looks. You can't actually buy armour.

"Unwrap" means you bought a skin for a specific piece of exotic equipment which in this case is a Titan exotic helmet Helm of Saint-14. Put the required piece of gear on and then inspect it (right click on it) and then press "S" to go down to the cosmetic menu, then you can select and ornament (skin) if you have one and then a color shader (dye).

You bought a skin for the exotic helmet, you didnt buy the helmet itself

Seems like you purchased the ornament as opposed to the exotic.

yeah.... i did something like this when i first got destiny :) spent days looking for the thing i just spent ages getting, turns out it was a skin haaaa.

looked alright though once i figured out that i needed the exotic to go with it and could apply it.
