PVP won't ever work with its current model but PVE would be fun with no bullet magnetism
Server Tick Rate has nothing to do with player input, People would still hit there shots as long as the hitreg was not broken and if it was broken, Unless it was hard coded it could be fixed
If hitting shots becomes a major issue after Bullet Magnetism gets removed (Which I doubt to the highest degree), They could increase the size of hitboxes
Bullet magnetism on the other hand is inconsistant and plane overpowered, Some guns in destiny have a headshot area larger than someones player model which is just not ok
Bullet Magnetism alienates people who have decent aim, It should be removed as it contributes nothing to the game other than handholding the player
Bullet Magnetism is one of the many issues plaguing Destiny 2, If you fail to see it as an issue your part of the reason the game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because you refuse to criticize the issue with the game being far to handholdy
Bullet Magnetism has no place on Keyboard and Mouse, Bullet Magnetism in Destiny 2 is obsurdly aggresive as you can shoot a foot away from someone and its a headshot, Or shoot there hips and its a headshot
Also being forced to handicap yourself in a game to have any form of challenge is NOT good game design, Its bad game design
Some guns don't have bullet magnetism and I am aware of that fact but the thing is, Its only SOME guns, Not ALL guns so if someone does not want to be handheld and wants to aim on there own they are restricted to a tiny selection of weapons which is poor game design
The very least bungie can do is make Bullet Magnetism a toggle, I don't tryhard in non-pvp games as there is no point to do it, But I still want a level of challenge so I can be engaged
Destiny 2 has the issue of Aiming being optional and the entire endgame catalogue of content being Co-Op, You can probally just sit at the edge of the map and aim in the general direction of your targets and get kills easily with zero effort
The games movement is also poorly implimented, Its not deep at all, Its just shallow
Destiny 2 is shallow, The Game is designed to attract the most casual of casual audiences like Children or people who have never touched an FPS before, It can appeal to all audiences but it chooses to only appeal to the people who buy things like Micro-Transactions and log on dayily to do the same exact thing over and over and over
Destiny 2 should
1:Remove Bullet Magnetism on PC
2:Remove Battle Passes and replace them with a better system that does not force people to play the game when they don't want to
3:They should make the movement deep, Let people Slide Hop, Give better air control, Maybe even introduce blast jumping
4:Listen to PC Players instead of focusing on Consoles
5:Make everything earnable outside of there broken PVP, Destiny 2 PVP was just a bad idea in the first place and cannot be fixed without major changes as its fundimentally flawed
Honestly Bungie should just make Destiny 3 from the ground up as a Multi-Platform game that is purely PVE and hire people familiar with designing PC Shooters but that takes time, They can easily remove bullet magnetism on PC a thousand times over, It should not have been on PC in the first place
I bet these people have never played actual shooters like Titanfall 2, Quake, or Ultrakill
The thing people manipulate is their connection to the lobbies. That is the biggest thing that needs to get addressed. People use VPNs and use wifi. You can tell when someone with a horrible connection gets host.
It's a solid shooter with an easily exploitable network and questionable balancing is the nicest way I can put it. Fix those things and would feel much better.
If you don't see it as an issue, You either can't aim at all and need it or you have the magical ability to not notice things that are shoved 12 feet down your throat
