I don't think I've ever seen anyone ever use a bubble in Destiny 2.
Wait... no.. I think I saw one go up on a capture point in PVP back before Forsaken released.
Hunters only win on paper. Mobility doesn't mean a damn thing when you can laugh off damage because no matter how fast you can move, you are going to get hit.
You know, I will say folks have been making good points in this thread.
Love how titan mains are still trying to lie to everyone else about how insanely powerful they are in the mode they were designed for. You must be really lonely these days.
Doing very well in PvE and NEVER plays PvP.
In mid-tier pvp, if you can think more than your average crayon muncher (positioning, mid-air movements, etc) you can kill multiple foes.
Once I reached high-tier pvp, shoulder charge stopped being super effective.
(Average 4.0+ kd) Also Sentinel reigns supreme over other titan subclasses!! (Suppress
136 hours on hunter. The first large difference I noticed was how weak a hunter feels in comparison to a titan. The second, how fast a hunter is.
Around my 10th hour, I realized I was playing a hunter like a titan. My mindset completely flipped. I went from 0.5 kd a match to 4.0+ kd. As a titan I always rushed and tried to close the distance. As a hunter, I backed off and danced my way through gunfights. Although, I still don't know which subclass to use. :/
However, in the current season, for PVE, Titan is better than hunter. Falling Guillotine with bubble does so well. Have someone with effigy orb. Aoe? What's that? Low health? What's that?
TDLR
PVP: Hunter > Titan
PVE: Hunter < Titan
I can elaborate if needed. Also looking forward to trying out warlock again since I left it back in Forsaken (probably 650-800 hours) on Console.
