You need to pay for the game so it is full game where you can unlock everything by playing or there is still in game shop for cash milking?

There is the Eververse, but that only has cosmetics, like ornaments or shaders for your equipment. One could argue that you can buy consumabless that give you Upgrade Modules, but you buy these with a currency that you can only get through playing the game, not by buying it.

You have to pay cash for content and there is a cosmetic shop that also has earnable in game currency.
