How can I get the otherside sparrow?

I'm not sure because I can't find the heroic strikes playlist

There is no more heroic strike playist, they removed the 3 tiers and now it is just one playlist that is the "heroic" version so any old guides that say heroic now just mean the strike playlist.

Correct, although some nightfalls do have exclusive gear with a few being a sparrow but any vanguard strike playlist strike should give the otherside sparrow but rng is rng.

If you're looking for a definite way to get one then I believe that the "G-335 Anseris Overdrive Exotic Sparrow" obtained by hunting memory fragments on mars can serve the same purposes as "Otherside" unless you're trying to get it for the look.
