Secret Victories Emblem

I have been looking for this Emblem for a long time bc i need it for the wayfarer title. Its in the Forsaken collection tab and Im just not getting it.
I was told it dropped from the Blind Well but after doing 50+ of them I dont know if this is really the case.
Hopefully someone here can help me otherwise im gonna go crazy lol.

It does drop from there, but there are variations of the emblem that also unlock the base version, one of which is for doing all the ascendant time trials. While that takes up to six weeks to do, it is a concrete way of progressing it, and how I did for Wayfarer. They aren't that bad either, didn't take me long to get any of them (though mileage may vary on that part, of course). You can try it any number of times each week, so you can take a couple runs to memorize the challenge.

but since season 10 dropped all variant of the emblem will have it own seperate emblem
i got drink at the well but it doesn't drop for me (farming blind well around 1-2 week now)

Since the emblem update you need the specific variant from completing all the ascendant rift time trials because you can no longer select the emblem variant so they are each their own emblem now.
