Well, I shouldn't really be one complaining, since I switched to Xenophage, but this thing as an absolute weapon of mass destruction. Never seen it used before.

It's like most powerful (still) Fusion Rifle - Telesto had a baby with most powerful trace rifle - Prometheus Lens. It has very short charge time, so invading dude just scratch you or near you with a beam and in few moments you go boom. Most beautiful thing about is that Invader always knows where everyone is, and traces are hitscan, so it's virtually impossible to miss, as with all trace rifles.

Seen vids that thing absolutely deletes any bosses or champions on contact, so it's no wonder guardians die to it like flies. No amount of overshield seem to have any impact as well.

That match actually got quite hilarious, every invasion from either side ended up in full team wipe, we had one with Izanagi and me with Xeno. So we actually ran out of time and lost, lol.

I wonder how much longer Bungo will purposely ignore glaring balancing issues in Gambit, because some people still have to play it, like it or not. And in pugs it just turns into downright torture from time to time.

1k has been the best invading weapon pretty much forever, but in all honesty it is harder to use than other weapons as it has a very definitive point where its range runs out and it just doesnt do any dmg at all. Part of the reason its such a pain to go up against if the user is good with it is the fact that they dont need to see you to kill you, and the additional charge up time is pointless when you consider that they have wallhacks and can see when you are going to peek.

The charge time isnt fast at all, but is it incredibly strong? Yes.

Would I rather fight a Truth, Xeno or Nagi? No.

They can't or won't balance the pve and pvp sandboxes separately. IF they nerf 1k voices, they'll burn it down like they did Queenbreaker, Sleeper and neutered every other exotic in the game. Once you get a weapon, armor, skill or combination that wrecks they let it run for a few months and then hammer it down. I duno if it's actually planned or what but this game is played to a strict META and they tune it every few months. You bust a55, farm guns and gear and 3-6 months later they nerf everything to the point of alienating you to farm for more stuff again.

I totally agree. It should be bad ass. So should all the other exotics and if they weren't lazy, this wouldn't be a complaint in a pvp mode and it would kick ass in pve.

1KV is a raid exotic. It's exactly as good as it should be, and in terms of DPS is on par with stuff like Xeno, Whisper and (maybe) Izanagi if you can compensate for its reload getting butchered -none of which are raid exotics. Raids have had their loot devalued enough, don't try to massacre 1KV too.

Why raid exos should be shredding everything in PVP modes? Raid exos should be good maybe in Raids and endgame PVE, but definitely not PVP portion of the game. Raids are content of choice, some people like to do them, others just don't. By that logic people would be forced into Raids to get gear that will give them an edge across all other modes. That's pretty idiotic in terms of balance.

I'm not happy about stuff like Xeno, Izanagi and etc, and pretty sure that some exotics should be outright banned in PVP modes in particular, or better yet, fixes to stop being blatantly overpowered or not be so easy to use.

You all missing a fact that invader has full wallhack, so any weapon that has instant OHK and you can't miss with, like trace, or hitscap like sniper is on the same level of broken stupidity. So no, it not "better", it's just OP on exact same level.

The invader may have walls but with a bit of game sense, that invader is as good as dead. Xenophage can pop them in two clean shots, revoker can drop them in one to the dome, and even if they precharge, a good timed dodge is a waste of their ammo.
