might be,i using GTX 850 runing the lowest setting.

Ur using a 850M, the 650 is almost 2X more powerful then that poop laptop gpu. U should be able to hit over 30 fps on low (which still looks very good) at 720P. The 850 struggles with anything above 480P.

yes if u like 30+ fps dont expect 60 tho

You'll be able to run the game on a GTX 650, but performance won't be amazing. I'd expect 30-60 FPS with all of the performance-intensive graphics options set to the lowest available options.

Steam recommends for the minimum visualization a GTX 660 2GB... It will work, but moderate.
