Are people using net limiters?
I've been playing a lot of PVP as of late, and noticing every few games there is a player rubber banding all over the map. And they aren't "lagging" Because they can still very easily kill me and everybody else. Normally with a hidden account.

All u have to do is go into your modem and set your MTU low. Pathetic that there's little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ out there that don't have the balls to play someone straight up. I despise the destiny community. No offense to anyone here.

What is fps lag? There's lag and there's fps drops.

If your FPS is low every action you do is as slow as your FPS will allow like running and shooting and riding your hoverbike and it's probably the only reason I'm able to get kills in the crucible

no lol,FPS low is PC problem,Net Lagging is net work problem.

Correct me if im wrong here but FPS represents how many frames your GPU can draw on your screen per second yes? if so then how can that affect what other players see of your character?

player that had low FPS on PVP are just sitting duck.

If I reload while I have 15fps then it takes like 3 times longer to reload my gun than when I look at the ground and have 25 fps

i think i get what you mean, but most player here had over 60 fps so what they mean is they seeing player blink around becuz player having bad conenction.

Low FPS does not equal Lag, Lag is slow connection to others whereas Low fps is your computer is slow at drawing.

Lets put it this way, you have 15 FPS and have a friend ingame with 60 FPS watching you, you input the signal to reload your weapon so on your screen it takes 5 seconds to reload but on his screen it only takes you 2 seconds, assuming you have a good network connection just a poor GPU or CPU.

EDIT im not an IT guy so im probably wrong about a lot of things so anyone reading this please correct me if im wrong.

That isn't how fps works unless the fps is specifically tied to the game's engine by a specific design. Animations will take the same amount of time regardless of whether you see it play out as 10fps or 60fps.
Illusive Soul Jan 30, 2020 @ 7:20pm
that moment you try shooting at player but your FPS goes down 10.
