If you don't have wardcliff coil or truth...

The recommended launchers for Iron Banner are difficult to get, and I don't think you can get Truth this week (it's based on a menagerie boss, no?). So if you don't have these already, I recommend to you: The Deathbringer. If you have the Shadowkeep expansion, and you've progressed far enough to pick up bounties, then you should be able to get it. I spent last night grinding for it--took a couple of hours, and then I went from zero to 10 rocket kills this morning. It's pretty good. There are some good guides online for the quest steps.

Also, keep in mind, (I didn't know this), if your team is waiting around the heavy ammo pickup, then you all can take it (it's not limited to one person).

I like my Bad Omens with tracking module, cluster bomb and a reload perk. Aim, lock, fire, goodbye.

Use the rocket launcher from the season pass then, it has built in tracking and a decent blast radius, otherwise get a rocket launcher from menagerie.

Sins of the paste will work too.

It just depends on how you handle a rl and I would rather prefer that over a lock on launcher like truth.
