The whole thing is supposed to be accessible with the Seasonpass, but Seasonpass owner can't do the Quest eyes on the moon, am i missing something or is the Big advertised Mode for the Seasonpass not actually part of it?

your have to do the vex invasion first, it'll drop an item called " eyes on the moon"

The quest you have to do prior to the actual gamemode is completed by finding the randomly spawning 'public event' for the Offensive. A Gate Lord will spawn with it, thrice over or only twice if you get 'lucky'/unlucky enough.

Only after you've completed the objective for such will you be able to queue on up for the Offensive itself.

It should be available. Did you speak to Ikora? Do you have a quest in your log called Emergent Protocol that says 'kill 100 Vex and 3 gate lords'? 'Eyes on the Moon' is step two of that quest.

FYI. Find a Public Event on the Moon. Once it finishes WAIT in that area. After a few minutes the skies will open and the Vex will arrive. Have fun :)

The event always starts two minutes after a regular public event finishes, so it's easy to find. You get a maximum of three Gate Lords per event, but you have to kill each in time - if one vanishes, the event ends.

I've had 3 vex offensives happen one after the other which let me complete it in one go. After that, I was just farming the vex for the kill requirements and left alone the gate lord in my next invasion.

Did you kill 100 vex on the moon AND 3 gatelords? (They come up after a completion of any activity)

I dont have shadow and i got the quest from ikora, i also did the quest with all 3 charrs, maybe you deleted the quest by accident? Try to check if Ikora has the quest with another character.

I didn't delete any quests on any Character. During the Moon introduction i got the "??????" Quest Step, thats all i got related to the moon.

Did you checked on adventures if you have the quest? The steps are to kill 3 gatelords and 100 vex durin vex invassions on the moon, is a purple quest.

nvm, absolutely nvm, i am a genuine donkey. the Quest is Called Vex Invasion. I .... okay, yea i am genuine stupid. IT has been solved. I btw got that quest, almost done.15 Vex kills missing. I kinda want to sink into the ground at this point.
