how is the erintil still in the game?

Just got a lost from a 4-0 lead because 1 guy put erintil on?
How is this gun still the way it is?
im hitting 37s with my rations and him 1 shots me?
The most broken thing about d2 are the devs. If you put any other game devs on this game. Things like recluse, erintil, oem... would have lasted 6 months at most...

If you're hitting 37 with rations, you're not in range. If you hear the spin up of a fusion rifle, move.

considering that you can just spam m1 around every corner and keep your erentil always almost fully charged and has a range for a scout rifle that doesn't require aiming to the head to 1 shot, hard to dodge those shoots tbh, unless you're using a hunter and you have the seasonal mod and dance around it

can u least acknowlegde its broken? Its not liek the range matters... even if I was hitting 68s he was still gonna kill me. In other games... u have kids complain and things get patched... in the new mw kids complained the m4 was broken... fixed within the week. in d2 we have idiots like u who defend LITERALLY EVERTHING bungie does... In order to beat this gun ur advice is to be hyper aware at all times about what sounds u hear lmao. Also the gun has such a fast charge time only hunters can dodge it. Im a warlock I can move 2 ft before it kills me. Lmao U bungie fan boys are the reason why d2 has broken weapons, broken armor, ♥♥♥♥ 10 tic servers etc... god I cant imagine what bungie has to do to make u bungie fan boys not defend tooth and nail lmao.

He one hits you because he uses a charged shotgun with max impact, your puny spare rations has no use against someone that knows how to use fusion rifles. And if erentil bothers you that much, wait till you play against stuff like jotun with it's auto tracking or le monarque with that ridiculous flinch + poison..

Just because someone guns you down with a weapon that was better suited for the engagement, doesn't mean it's broken or that it needs to be removed..

Erintil not broken understood... also all the ♥♥♥♥ u mentioned are balalnced. The monarque is a bow so u go close range, jotun is the same. its ♥♥♥♥ close quaters. they are also exotics.. while the erintil is not. menawhile u cant use jotun and wardcliff... I'd rather 100x times face jotun than an erintil... erintil kills u close range, long range, mid range.. etc.

Just because someone guns you down with a weapon that was better suited for the engagement, doesn't mean it's broken or that it needs to be removed..

jotun is no big deal as you can dodge the shoot and you can see it coming after you, le monarque like any other bow has an inferior ttk to most other weapons, and by the time that they'll have their 2nd shot to kill you, they'll be already dead by any other primary in the game, also have you ever used erentil? you know how much skill it requires to use it? it's just point and shoot, added with bullet magnetism you don't require any skill to use it, sure, it's not "broken" but it's way too good for the little skill that it takes to use it

Yes erentil is very strong but there is also a lot of other stuff that is very strong, so fight op toys with other op toys. For example, an OEM titan with a charged recluse is going to be ash just like anyone else after I throw a hand held super nova in his face.

Ofcourse did i use erentil and stuff like wizened rebuke and most of those max impact fusion rifles.. And to be fair, it literally only one shots people if you catch them offguard (Unless your aim is decent enough that you can land all your shots). Most of my encounters when using erentil or other fusion rifles, people would just jump away. I prefer using telesto compared to a erentil, but that's a personal pick.

No I won't acknowledge it is broken? It's a fusion rifle. They make a VERY distinct sound from a very far distance away when they spin up. This normally indicates you're about to get shot at. Move, it's quite simple. Fusion rifles are only a problem for people stubborn enough to stand there and try and contest them. High impact reserves and tap the trigger (How mine rolled) one shots from a hip fire. However, I've been killed countless times due to people hearing that lovely "Whiiiirrrr" that I informing you about.

The year 1 version has high impacts reserved/ so basically I have 1. Be super aware along the entire game for 1 sound, 2. give up map control if pushed...?

so its basically get killed or give up heavy and get killed in a minute. lmao kids like u are horrible. Erintil is clearly broken and has been for the majority of the game. Yes u can out play a erintil, but most people know how hard it is to out play an average player with 1.

2. most god roll erintils have back up plans... and most people who abuse it walk around mid charge.

all ur advice is useless. There's a reason why erintil and mt and recluse and oem are wellknown for being broken.. its because they are.

I don't see fusions in general as a problem tbh. They have those wind up times (yes, some have short charge times, still has charge times regardless) and they are special ammo type weapon so you can't spam it much like you would, say, fighting lion. The IB this season forced me to learn how to use fusions properly and i can definitely say props to those who can use it well because damn thing can be hard to use when you don't know how long to charge up the shot. I mean, i'll definitely complain about it like i usually do with weapons anyway but i wouldn't say it's at a level recluse/oem is getting abused. But that's just my two cents about this topic, really.

Try the weapon yourself, then we talk.
Fusion rifle is by far the hardest weapon to master.
and even when you did master it, there's still luck factor involve if you want to 1HKO ppl,
not every shot is 1hko.

Altough i gotta agree the range is too much, maybe needs a little bit of range nerf.
