A dance, a sit, and an emote for pretty much any situation you'll find yourself in.
I can't honestly see needing more than 7 but that's just me.
Dance
Sit
Thanks
Buddy
Shame
Mock
Cheer
Silly
Sad
As I see it, we're pretty limited to emote wheels or the D-pad, D-pad could do 8, emote wheels could do potentially infinite but I don't think people want to make wheels like Warframe's. Not that it's bad, just that it can get ridiculous.
So a simple emote wheel like Overwatch or Apex
Or the 8 slots you could use from the D-pad
Nah i agree with 8 emote slots but how about key mapping?
Otherwise it'd probably have to be a hold button to play different emote, or a hold to access emote wheel and select with camera/move.
Any of these would be fine, just some are more difficult to implement than others.
