I get they want more focus on the silver but for ♥♥♥♥ sake 6k for each set...that's really kinda much I think

And the fact beyond the masks and the rifle theres no other rewards available that isnt either limited time with a price of 1k+ in dust or only for silver and it's a bummer when compared to last years festival

Good is in quotes, and I'm sure he just means that you can get by well enough to enjoy the mode. I think you're misjudging his position by using the fallacious reasoning: "if you don't want to do X, then you don't have the right to complain about Y."

As a simple gamer, you have every right to complain about things in a video game. It's everyone's freedom to do so, whether you want to see it or not. As he said, he's not OP and he's not complaining about not getting something - he's stating his opinion about a game mode in simple terms.
