Is Bad Juju catalyst worth the grind and expense?

if you stack 80 discount yes, don't buy tribute before that

Yea it's not worth the rush until you have a solid discount, I would check each day grab the easier bounties until you're satisfied with the cost.

Can you buy enough tributes to get the catalyst?

Bounties for the discount and slowly get the tributes. Passively try and get all the Tribute Hall Triumphs for those tributes which goes faster if you wear everything Calus themed (Menagerie gear and Leviathan gear which includes Bad Juju itself)

But here is the thing, its not just buying tributes, you need 45 of 50. This means you have to do lots and lots of raiding and nightfall in order to get the tributes in the Triumph section.

I already have the gun, I am just wondering if the Catalyst is worth the grind, b/c unless it becomes an OP weapon, I am not going to even bother.

its not op as such but a great add clearer as you get longer string of curses and dont have to reload cataylst being longer string of curses

Fine and well, but other guns can be effective add clearer's too. And if the PvP value wont be improved with the catalyst, I will just do something else.

You don't have to touch a raid, just do the weekly nightfall ordeal, pvp, gambit, and strikes in opulence armor.
