It was great for tracking enemies, but Truth came out this season and is better. It is also exotic and you can only have one exotic so you could also find normal rocket launchers with tracking and use the exotic choice for something else.

I mean, if you do buy Shadowkeep, then you'll definitely find some use for the rocket launcher and its fun to use, but you're pressured to pre-order just for the rocket launch then its not that good.

But to get Truth you'd need Forsaken so idk its up to you, its a solid weapon, its just not the best in slot.

I guess another thing that Two Tailed Fox has going for it is that it can suppress enemies and cancel a player's super.

Two Tailed Fox is good and very fun rocket launcher and if you're getting Shadowkeep then you might as well try to pre-order for the weapon. But if you can't pre-order then don't sweat about it there are other weapons and you'll get Two Tailed Fox at some point, maybe Xur will sell it at some point.

pre-order things are given at some point durring the campaign and not apon game entry so bear that in mind. you wont get it instantly.

Well Xur has definitely had some cheesy timing in the past like laser tag weekend and gwensin vest and one eyed mask while the community is crying that its op.
