Where Do I Learn Magic?

So I've noticed that the level up screen says that Intelligence improves your Magic Attack.

Unfortunately, my Knight has no magic attacks. His only ability is blocking with his shield, and he can't seem to equip any weapons that use magic, such as the staff. The game states that I should have two abilities to swap between, but I don't seem to have any. And apparently Wind Blade was removed with the patch notes.

Do I need to improve my Knight's Intelligence to learn magic, or is there an event in the game that teaches it to me?

At present, my knight is level 30, with a stat spread of 10 Might, 5 Defense, 0 Intelligence and 5 Agility.

EDIT: My lack of any ranged attacks also made it impossible for me to complete the Assisting Slime Princess quest, as the poisonous plants were located too far out of my weapon's reach.

The knight used to have a magic attack before they removed it for whatever reason. That may be a holdover from earlier builds.

So Intelligence is completely worthless then, and the Golem Princess quest line is literally impossible to complete?

The only way to clear the Drider Princess webs is with Wind Blade. I've tried other skills, including fire based ones, and they had no effect on it.

At least one way exists to get the Knight to use magic. As of April 2023, you can equip a Staff Pin accessory to the Knight which allows the use of Staves. Equipping a staff grants a magic attack.

Kobold Princess has the Wind Blade magic attack if you haven't already found that out
