I'm currently in World 2 and noticed that the Here Comes the Night and Complete World 0 and 1 achievements have not unlocked. I'm not using Casual difficulty; is there something I'm missing?

If the player begins a level holding right, the game doesn't recognize this and will cause a player to do a neutral bounce instead of a right bounce unless the button is pressed again. It's not game breaking, but it does make things quite awkward given the fast restart nature of the game....

I just bought this game and it's looks nice, but, it can't fill the entire display (Full HD). Can you add an option for resolution and display mode ( windowed or full screen )?
