How do i play RP

im a noob and i need help with RP. how do i get a house? Are there jobs? and i want to look for a server with out having to be whitelisted?

If you want to learn roleplay. I have some spare time to teach you how to play altis life. I have about 9361 hours on arma 3 mostly spent on roleplay servers. I no longer play rp. Please don't add me.
