How do I make an account?

I can't seem to make an account to play this game, so any advice would be appreciated.

You don't need to make an account. You login steam with your Landrick93 Steam account, buy the game. Wait for it to download through the Steam app and install it on your computer. Then play it.

Already found that out. One issue though, the game looks and sounds like an early PS3 game, it just seems too dated for a 2013 game for me to enjoy. Are there any workarounds? specifically for gun sounds and the static reload animations?

what about realistic reloads?

Hey landrick if your still online it is a pretty dated game however by your self it is just a game from 2013 and dated but with a unit we still have tons of fun and i prefer this game over some AAA games that are out if you would be interested in joining a unit we could teach you the basics

jsrs covers the realistic reload sounds and the reloads for all of the guns are realistic and ACE will cover your more realistic features such as jamming, barrel heat, and attachments

do you have the mods that add proced missions to the game for official maps? If not we can't.

Well, it was made in 2013. Can't change that. But there are loads of mods on the workshop to play on player made terrains, factions, gear, scenery objects and missions for SP and MP. There is a link to the workshop up top on this page. Just make sure you have the space for downloading all that.
