Noob question.. how can i heal?..

I know, people tell me just use scroll but since ive played it hasnt let me. ive tried putting all possible medical supplies in my inv. but nothin.
only thing ive done is download two mods ace3 and cba

Ace should be over riding default arma. So I have no clue. Maybe ask where the mod is concerned for faster response.

In deafult game its simply a first aid kit.....the big square yellow thing for some basic healing.

If you're using ACE3 the default activation key is the Windows key if healing/tagging someone else, or CTRL-Windows key for using stuff on yourself.

Depends of if you are vanilla or not, but yeah ACE3 can be a bit more in depth.

I run semi-realism ops with my unit, Suck My Unit. We're very beginner-friendly with no forced commitment (except for officers.) Our focus is more on completion of the mission, rather than the full milsim experience. We'll be here to help you get the hang of the mechanics of our mods and whatnot. Our mods are all compiled through Arma's presets, so no need for any external installers. Main Ops run on Friday's and Saturdays.
