Now servers are another thing, that's not possible unless it's you whos running the server. Because this would basically require to move datafiles around on the server itself, and I pretty much doubt any server owner is going to "just" do so.
The server doesn't need your keybinds or graphics settings or player avatar face and voice pitch. It also cannot do anything with your savegames.
But some 3rd party scenarios save their state to a file called profilename.vars.arma3profile. You can transfer that to the profile folder used on/by the server and rename the file to match the profile name used by the server. Then the saved content should show up when you run the same scenario on the server.
