Ohne Witz, ich habe immer versucht nachzuvollziehen wieso irgendwas in Deutschland verboten wird.. Hitler... Gewaltspiele ect.. da mag noch irgendwo ein Nachvollziehbarer Grund existiert haben... Aber Porn Spiele auf Steam?! Ernsthaft?
Ehrlich, dafür habe ich kein Verständnis mehr. Es ist so Lächerlich dass der Staat versucht alles zu Kontrollieren und zu Reglementieren.

Jeder der hier ein Bankkonto Angibt, oder Paypal MUSS mindestens 18 sein oder eine Bevollmächtigte Person um sich haben die dies Genehmigt hat. Andernfalls kommt man nicht an ein Bankkonto mit vollen Zugriff ran. Will sagen jeder der mit diesen Zahlungsmitteln schon einmal Bezahlt hat wird entweder Volljährig sein oder die Zustimmung einer Verantwortlichen Person haben.

Aber nein, Vater Staat denkt mal wieder Spiele sind böse... und seine Bürger können damit nicht umgehen. Lächerlich. Echt ey. Ich dachte immer die Amis wären Brüte, aber Heilige Kacke , da kannte ich wohl diese Idioten Anstalt noch nicht.

Das Kotzt mich schon wieder so dermaßen an ey.
Erst Gewalt Spiele.. da wurde alles Weg Zensiert was ging.

Und jetzt diese Spiele?! Ich verstehe es einfach nicht...

Probably, yes. I mean, i can also Activate Games on my Account that arent avaible in my Country, like the International Version of the new Wolfenstein 1. I got a Copy from France and activated it on my Account without Problems.. i guess the same Works for every other Product.. Its just very Ridiclious because of that.. If a dimwit like me can do this, a 12 Year old also can do this. Head over to a Key Seller and get your International Key, open your VPN and Activate the Game. Easy as that. Nah, there are different levels of blocking games in a region.
1. Not making it buyable in your countries store
2. it's not possible to gift it to someone who lives in the region where the game is blocked
3. you're not able to activate it while logged in with an IP of the blocked region
4. you're not able to start it while being logged in in the blocked region.

Well, i own the Game and im still able to Start it. So i give it that.
But this still sucks.

I bought it when it released. At that time this Game and others werent blocked in my Region.

Folks say you still can get it in germany via gifting from someone else. So if you have trustworthy friend in eu or usa - give it a try.

Darum hab ich das Koikatsu Party und AI Shoujo sicherheitshalber bei Veröffentlichung gekauft, bevor die Spiele höchstwahrscheinlich für den Deutschen entfernt werden. :>

Aber ja, ihr könnt wohl einen guten Freund im Ausland fragen, ob er das Spiel für euch kaufen und "schenken" könnte. Oder im Handelsforum nachfragen, wobei das überhaupt nicht sicher ist. :I (und ich glaube die Währungsunterschiede dürfen nicht mehr als 10 % betragen, sonst kann man es nicht schenken?)

If it is on list "B" from the german Index you can get a uncensored gift or activate a key but some games have/had a 90 days "not play/not to download restriction" (like wolfenstein new order before it was whitelistet)
