After that will not be to hard for play on nightmare level
Nightmare settings only difference is harder to kill and if you get killed once only its game over and you have to start all over again in nightmare settings
Maybe this can help you a litle ?!

I have just finished Predator on 'Hard' and now going for Alien. But I feel 'Nightmare' may be beyond me as I rarely finish a mission without having died at least once.
Marine missions is the most difficult to play, simply represents bigger challenge to play
For this reason, it is my favorite
Generaly speaking ,the only difference between hard and nightmare is that they nighmare not have checkpoints
So it is equal the level of difficulty
You can play on the same way like you play on hard
i tried at least 20 times.
i got no mouse button 3 to evade, and having to move, shoot then press alt leads to a total choas then me dead.
when i remember to put repeat fire on...well, makes no difference with only 11 bullets left. I will shot at the ceilingn once, then at the floor, then i'll be dead.
No idea how i'll do it without a controller.
