There you have a full list of game which can't be bought in Germany though can be activated (like AvP, F.E.A.R etc.). Then you'll accept my friend request and I can lead you to AvP

Du kannst den Key Online kaufen und einfach bei Steam einlösen, es gibt unzählig gute Keyshops mit super service. Soweit ich weiss ist keine VPN nötig.
