Regarding GTX 1060: my friend's GTX 1060 died recently (ASUS), so I would advice caution. Limit your FPS, at least, and set everything no higher than a medium.
Which CPU are you using? Because i have a MSI 1060 3Gb too, but I'm afraid my CPU (I5 4440) is not enought.

ps.: the most important part: Keep your windows manualy up to date please. There is a gaming update waiting.

Thinking about dropping to 1080p and upscale, could turn on a few more bells and whistles then.
