How does the buddy pass work?

As title says, looking forward to going 50/50 with my friend on this one but not sure how that works. How does he download the game to play?

Ahh that makes sense, the demo probably isn't available till the game comes out.

Just to be clear, the demo version is the free version of the game that can only be played alongside someone who owns the Buddy Pass. When a player who owns the Buddy Pass sends an invite to someone who does not a copy of Wolfenstein: Youngblood, they'll be prompted to download the demo version. As long as they play with someone who owns the Buddy Pass, they can play through the entire game for free!

Later on, if they choose to purchase the game, all their progress will carry over as well.

hey there we've done everything I bought the game deluxe ed. my pal downloaded the trial version I can invite him but when he accepts it says game session has ended and we can't connect. any solution for that? thank you <3
