Even with the default cosmetics during pre-NGS launch week, someone manage to make an entire HololiveEN Gen 1 cosplay with the character creator.
Its extremely limited compared to say have a simple system of individual sliders for each body part with a high range % and flexibility/morph which allow for more actual freedom of building ones character..... as for the facial animation I was referring to the cut scenes which should have been obvious...
Pretty sure your just acting dumb on purpose.
I honestly don't care what others do with their characters.
All I'm saying is individual sliders for each part of the body is far more specific and allows more choices than a triangle slider system.
*example*
body:
Bicep, triceps, Stomach, waist, hips, Abs, back, back arch, chest, breasts, thigh, inner thigh, butt ect
each part has number of individual sliders to allow players max choice:
Push up/ push down, XYZ, increase/decrease, muscle <---->, inflate/deflate, long/short/wide/in/out ect...
Same for the face. Its not rocket science but clearly there's people who still live under a rock.
Plenty of modders and 3D devs have made such systems for games...
Yeah sure whatever
But you still have not given the NAME of the mmo that can surpass PSO2NGS character creation for a 11 year old game.
Doesnt it seems that you are the one pretending?
Because even you cant name drop an MMO that lets you play an anime girl, mecha, furry, alien, goblin, orc, elf, deamon, angels, biblically accurate angels, inanimate object, abomination, food.
It always was, and always will be broken. You shilling for sega isn't going to help them fix it. They had a chance to fix it with NGS by adding more binding points and restricting NGS animations to the new NGS models, but they didn't bother because they're selling low-quality smut to the same five twink whales, and nobody is asking for more.
The mention of Black Desert is kind of humorous. That game puppetted itself as having one of the best character creation systems, but you are body locked to class with only the ability to slightly shrink or bulk areas. The most customization that exists is actually just the hair and the eyes. No matter how you customized yourself though, your body shape is still a clone of everyone else in your same class.
For those wanting examples for superior character creation, the first two games that come to mind off the top of my head are CoV/CoH, and even Star Trek Online. Those two games are parralel in the theme of character creation as this, much much older, and they use individual sliders rather than this weird annoying gelletin molding system.
For PSO2, the worst example of the flawed character creation is the female body around the hips and waist area, forcing you have an enourmous hip mass if you don't want to look like your abdomen was flattened by a truck. My hips width should not determine the depth of my abdomen. With a lot of hard wiggling, you can manage to get it to look acceptable, but in some cases you will just never get it to where you wish it to be with the system that this thing uses. It is so much easier with individual sliders.
As for the customizability of outfit and accessories, I'd say this game has quite an array of possibilities, especially with the ability to edit, rotate, scale, and even attach accessories to different body parts. That's not the issue though. It's the body editing that is the problem.
It's objectively broken and I've explained how.
City of Heroes, is that the one that has OP super powers locked behind a paywal or premium account or was that buy the super power individually. I do remember it had sliders but there were far fewer than old PSO2 had.
I have never seen Startrek MMO but I can assume you are also limited to making Star Trek characters.
While in PSO2NGS you can (with wallet in hand) make a cosplay of Marvel and DC and Startrek and Starwars characters.
