NGS Developers, release the Market for everyone buy and sell please.
Really, this market locked in paywall are giving a headache to everyone, we need to sell our stuff and pay for a basic feature in this game are just unacceptable. The game economy need to work for everyone this is how mmorpgs work, we need to be able to SELL and BUY in game market.
There is tons of ways to milk money from players, make market a Pay 2 Win feature isnt a good choice devs please, wheres the fairplay?
I ask for help of everyone here, lets loud our voices to devs listen that we arent happy with this Pay to Win buy and sell system.

Suggestion :

If you devs, do not want the pay to win market to go, at least create a Market where everybody can buy and sell for free but those who pay for vip do not pay market tax.
This way you will continue with your pay to win feature and at same time allow f2players to buy and sell.
Yes its not good either, but i cant think in another way to let these greed devs have their money and still make the market of the game as it should being.

FREE FOR EVERYONE BUY AND SELL.

as a veteran player myself, i fully agree with you.

market should be accessible to everyone. it's part of the game, it's a mechanic of the game.
everyone should have a freedom to access it freely. it makes the market economy flows more fluidly. and it will give a chance for those who playing your game be it free to play player or premium player and are willing to spend the time and got the time to do so got rewarded by their own blood and sweat to put it simply.

and i agree that blocking a core feature of a game is a bit of a d.i.c.k thing to do.

while it is true that premium players should be granted more privileges than those are do not. limiting market access isn't the way to do so. it's pure greed and a market monopoly in my perspective.

in classic PSO2, back when it only accessible on SEA and JP server, still way back when lv45 cap is macho and dark falz hand grind rule the earth. i got a friend that got 600M meseta on multiple account. i got confused as how the hell did he do that ?
"player market" he says. and here i am, sitting on the couch with my chinchin on hand feeling like a poor and sad silk trader just because i don't play ball with their monetary rule. that's a bit unfair isn't ?

so, enough rambling. how the hell should it be solved ?
simple. give access to everyone. BUT. BUT there is a twist. for example :
1. a F2P player can only have 5 item max registered at once, while the premium player X amount.
2. OR, give a limit to how many item can be sold per day by F2P player.
that's all. easy and fair right ?
it works on every single MMO. prove me wrong.

so, fellow veterans, please. i'm on my knees here.
stop saying "it's been this way since dinosaurs rule the earth" kinda bulldung.
i know that most likely dev won't even read this post. damn it, if any at all.

but, for the love of anything that's holy, convince me that i am wrong. that we are wrong.

The mod here are Steam's volunteer, they have zero relation to devs team, they aren't even Steam staff, but just volunteer
And those pso2 dev account are rarely here too, they're mostly stay in pso2 official forum and do their work there

They've been doing this for nearly 9 years, man. What makes you think they'd change now? lol
Vic Viper Jun 19, 2021 @ 11:05am
Ideally, if they really wanna give a gate for bots and all, the FUN Scratches or even an accessible option through SGs would've been a good solution. That it'd be hard to access for F2P players isn't really a problem, the problem is if it's completely inaccessible.

As an aside, the state of base PSO2 personal shops on Ship 4 looks like an absolute nightmare after dropping the game last November to come back only now.
Miles Bluefalls Jun 19, 2021 @ 11:11am
Yeah.... that ain't happening.
RMTs already got bots up and running in NGS.
Sega isn't going to change the "we lock personal shop behind a paywall to discourage RMT" thing with that happening.

Hell, if the devs see much botting going on, they probably won't even bring back those "3 day personal shop vouchers" from OG PSO2.

Do you really think that someone will moderate a big community forum like Steam for a mmorpg just to have zero attention from the game devs? Steam is one of the most active games plataform and it have tons of players around the world using this, otherwise SEGA do not even bother to bring PSO to Steam. Also Steam Reviews can Up the game moral or simply destroy it so my friend Steam forums are really something to be heard. And yes devs looks to Steam Forum as well, by the MODS.

it only costs $7 for a shop pass. You don't need to buy full premium when it barely gives anything extra.
Kriya Takagi Jun 19, 2021 @ 11:30am
They will more than likely bring the 3day shop passes back when fun tickets are added to ngs

Actually he stated he's a Community Manager for Global so he does have connection.

Still best bet would be to submit feedback on the official forums.

But Sega do, as the community manager for PSO2 global are none of their staff, but a third party one they hired actually
If you want game devs direct attention, better play the JP version and using their forum
Otherwise those guys they hired are mostly stationed on the official forum
