For Tech (Force, Techer, bouncer, and Summoner? )classes you can use "ilzonde" or "safoie type 0", ilzonde is the fastest, safoie type 0 is the best for Techer/Fighter-hunter
In terms of classes like the Ranger, Parallel Slider Type-0 (Slideburst Zero) and Rodeo Drive Type-0 will help you with navigation but the launcher's crafted photon art is much more flexible and efficient for movement.
For classes like the Gunner, you have Grim Barrage which is easily one of the best mobility skills to have due to its aerial tracking and speed. The Techer gets something similar (Heavy Hammer) in Episode 5 which helps them track vertically and also deal heavy damage. The Bouncer's Grand Wave on their Jet Boots also provides a decent speed boost forward and also has light tracking on vertical enemies and obstacles as well. The Braver's katana has Spring Flowerstorm which features flying forward and tracking obstacles vertically and Morning MIstreaver which is more horizontal and faster for mobility. All of these photon arts for mobility can be used with a cancel of some sort (like a dodge or weapon action) to skip the offensive parts of the animation and simply maximize the mobility portions for traveling.
For Technique-capable classes (Force, Techer, Bouncer, Summoner, Hero, and Phantom), you can use Ilzonde for sheer horizontal speed. Safoie Type-0 allows you to travel quickly (though not as quickly as Ilzonde) but also lets you track enemies and targets vertically.
If you do not have access to these photon arts or techniques, you could alternatively dash-jump after Level 10 to start sprinting right away or dash-attack repeatedly depending on your weapons (but this is better on melee weapons). I recall there is a combination of dash-jump, dash-attack, and camo-swapping/weapon-swapping to cancel animations to maximize movement speed but this gets relatively intensive on your inputs just to move around.
